| Products must be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a
refund. Most items are returnable, however returns are subject to the following
guidelines: Items must meet the conditions below for proper return and credit.
For defective damaged or misshipped items, your shipping and handling costs
will be refunded. For all other items, shipping and handling costs and bank fees cannot be
refunded. Proper Conditions for Return Merchandise must be in new
condition, with its original packing and accessories intact or may be subject
to a vendor restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please
check to make sure your return meets the conditions described. Computers,
notebook computers and handheld devices - Must be returned within 15 days of
ship date. CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, phone cards, computer software and printer
cartridges - Must be unopened. Books - Must be in their original condition.
Perishables and personal care items - May not be returned, unless defective or
misshipped. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please
place a new order. To request a Return Authorization (RA) for an item, please
log into "PstarTV1" on the store from which your purchase was made. By choosing
the appropriate order number, you may process a return request for item(s)
within the return period stated above. Please include the RA number on the
outside of the shipping package. No returns of any type will be accepted
without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will
not be accepted if returned after that timeframe. Returning an item(s) may
change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order. For
your protection, please send your return prepaid via standard USPS or any other
delivery service which provides tracking information. US Mail does offer a
trackable method of shipment, if requested at the time of shipment. We can not
guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
