How can I track my shipment?
Log in to PstarTV1 Members and click on Order Manager, locate the order
number you wish to track, click the Status button, and then click the
tracking number.
How do I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive an email from us with the status of your order, and you
will receive an email with tracking information when your order is ship.
When should I get my order?
Shipment typically takes 2-3 business days. with USPS using Priority
Mail. If you want Next Day Delivery please check the box when ording.
