What are the terms and conditions of use?
The PstarTV1.com Web Site is operated by Boone's Electronics, PO Box
27810 - 14248 Appoline Blvd, Detroit, MI 48227-0810 . These Terms of Service
apply to PstarTV1 and does not apply to the content of third parties.
The PstarTV1 Web Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance
without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Your use of the PstartV1 Web Sites constitutes your agreement to all such
terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular PstarTV1 Web
Site included within the Boone's Elect & Alarms area may also be subject to
additional terms outlined elsewhere on those sites. Prices. We reserve
the right to change prices at any time. Due to possible information misrepresentations,
we may correct typographical and printing errors related to prices at
any time. Copyrights. PstarTV1 and its supplier and distribution partners
reserve ownership and copyright to all materials published by PstarTV1.
Reproductions and alterations of individual product images and descriptions
may be used for marketing purposes. You must receive written consent from
PstarTV1 for any other use or any modification of product images and other
copyrighted materials. Reselling. Some products are price sensitive and
require a Minimum Accepted Price (referred to herein as MAP). We will
provide two prices for price sensitive products: the product cost you
pay to PstarTV1 and the RTP for retail. Shipping and Handling Charges.
You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products
purchased from PstarTV1 & Boone's Elect & Alarms(referred to herein as WM). We are not responsible
for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products,
errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability
is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. ANY ODD SIZED
OR EXCESSIVE WEIGHTED ITEMS WILL REQUIRE A CUSTOM SHIPPING COST CALCULATION
FROM PstarTV1. THESE ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR
SHIPPING COST. Taxes. As a buyer of PstarTV1, you understand that you
are absolutely independent entity from WM. You are responsible to pay
taxes to state, federal or local authorities in accordance with any and
all applicable laws. Legal Recourse. The laws of the State of MI and Wayne
County shall govern all claims, policies, and procedures. The non-prevailing
party shall pay all attorney's fees and court costs. Confidentiality.
Buyer's understands that all information provided to and by PstarTV1 is
confidential and proprietary to PstarTV1 and must be used by PstarTV1
according to the terms of this agreement. PstarTV1 agrees to not provide
any confidential or proprietary information received from the Buyer to
any business entity that may compete with PstarTV1. Any violation of confidentiality
is grounds for immediate termination. Amendments. PstarTV1 reserves the
right to make amendments to this agreement at any time. Amendments may
be the result of changes in economic, legal, or other factors that affect
the business of PstarTV1. Payment. All payment shall be made via credit
card payment. PstarTV1 will accept no other payment form Severability.
If one or more of the provisions of the policies and procedures in this
user agreement are deemed void by law in a court of competent jurisdiction,
the balance of the policies and procedures’ remaining provisions, or any
provision in the PstarTV1's manual, shall continue in full force and effect.
