I don’t have a credit card. Can I still purchase items?
Yes, Online purchases must be finalized with a credit card purchase or e-Check.
Why did my credit card not process correctly?
If your credit card does not process correctly it is probably due to a mistake in the card number, expiration date, or billing address that you entered. If that information was entered correctly, you may have reached the limit of your available credit.
What credit cards does PstarTV1 accept?
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, & e-Chacks
Is my credit card number safe?
We use PayPal for all charges. PayPal use Secure Socket Layer guarantees the security of the transaction.
What currency is used?
All purchases will be done in US Dollars.
When is my credit card charged?
For product orders, as soon as you order a product, your credit card will be charged.
What name will appear on my statement when I am charged?
Boone's Electronics-DanaCom.net will appear on your credit card statement.
Do I pay sales tax?
You only pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our principal offices. That state is Michigan.
