How do I get a product refund?
Their is NO REFUNDS Exchange only,
You can return any product (excluding technical climbing gear) only if the wrong product was shipped. If you want a different product, you must make a second purchase. If you received a different product then initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
• All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
• Original packaging in relatively new condition
• Original invoice or receipt
Products may only be returned for exchange due to manufacturer’s defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for product exchange.
• If you wish to return a product for a reason other than the wrong product was shipped or the product is defective, you must pay the return shipping, the product must be in new condition and in original packaging, and all exchange are subject to a restocking fee dependent on the condition of the product and it's packaging. • Please contact customer support for an RMA # before attempting any returns.
*Note:If you cancel an order before the item(s) or ship you can get a full refund, after the item(s) is ship you will have to pay for the shipping.
